Oud Vietnam Attends SRBF® 2023: Strengthening Regional Cooperation for Sustainable Growth

After six successful editions held in Singapore, the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) decided to organize the 7th Singapore Regional Business Forum (SRBF®) in Hanoi, Vietnam, on July 7, 2023. This marked the first time the event was held outside Singapore.

With the theme “Strengthening Regional Cooperation for Sustainable Growth,” the forum aimed to expand economic relations and foster close ties between Singapore and Vietnam. The event was organized with the support of the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, Enterprise Singapore, the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), and approximately 30 government agencies, trade organizations, and reputable entities from Singapore, Vietnam, and the region.

The decision to host the 7th edition of SRBF® in Vietnam reflects the significance of developing bilateral relations and expanding business cooperation into new areas of growth for Singapore, such as digital economy, cybersecurity, clean energy, sustainable development, and smart cities.

Under the dialogue session titled “Dialogue with Ministers: Enhancing Regional Cooperation for Sustainable Future,” two ministers and three prominent business leaders would share their perspectives on regional development and the importance of stronger cooperation for a sustainable future.

Oud Vietnam’s participation in the 7th SRBF® in Hanoi reflects the growing significance of regional cooperation, business opportunities, and sustainable growth. The event serves as a platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and forging meaningful partnerships to shape the future of business in the region. With strong support from various organizations and the participation of industry leaders, government officials, and scholars, SRBF® continues to contribute to the development of robust and dynamic regional economies.
