Oud Vietnam participated in a collaborative Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony

December 20, 2023, in Hanoi, Oud Vietnam, a leading producer and supplier of Agarwood products in Vietnam, recently participated in a collaborative Memorandum of Understanding signing ceremony. This event, organized by the Vietnam Certification Center (QUACERT) in conjunction with the Institute for Africa and Middle East Studies (IAMES) under the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS), aimed to establish and strengthen cooperation between the two entities. The collaboration focuses on exchanging information and opinions related to international relations, foreign policies, regional and global security, economic development, political affairs, and international culture.

In this ceremony, also organized the workshop “STANDARD AND CERTIFICATE: The key to enter the Halal Markets”. The workshop proved to be a valuable platform for Oud Vietnam, offering insights into the critical aspects of obtaining Halal certification. Recognized as the “passport” for exporting products to Muslim-majority countries and other regions with a significant Muslim population, the Halal certification is imperative for businesses seeking to tap into this growing market. The surge in demand for Halal products is not only attributed to the increasing number of followers of Islam but also to a broader audience appreciating products that adhere to Halal standards.
