OUD VIETNAM JOINS LAOSAO FEST – PROMOTING CULTURAL EXCHANGE AND VIETNAM–LAOS FRIENDSHIP

VietnamLaos cultural exchange continues to play an essential role in strengthening people-to-people connections between the two nations. In this spirit, Oud Vietnam was honored to participate in LaoSao Fest – the Vietnam–Laos Student Cultural Exchange Festival as a Bronze Sponsor, in collaboration with the Diplomatic Academy of Viet Nam (DAV), one of the country’s leading institutions in diplomacy and international relations.

From the very beginning, the event highlighted the importance of VietnamLaos cooperation in education, culture, and youth exchange. Notably, LaoSao Fest welcomed H.E. Mr. Khampao Ernthavanh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to Viet Nam. Furthermore, the festival gathered distinguished diplomats, academic leaders, lecturers, and Vietnamese and Lao students, creating a vibrant platform for dialogue and cultural understanding.

As part of the official program, Oud Vietnam hosted a dedicated exhibition booth introducing the cultural heritage of Vietnamese agarwood. Through this space, the brand shared the historical background, spiritual symbolism, and artisanal craftsmanship associated with agarwood in Vietnamese culture. In addition, guests experienced authentic agarwood fragrances and explored carefully curated products that reflect centuries-old traditions.

Moreover, Oud Vietnam used storytelling and sensory experiences to connect agarwood with broader VietnamLaos cultural values. This approach helped students and visitors better understand how traditional materials continue to serve as bridges in modern cultural exchange.

By supporting LaoSao Fest, Oud Vietnam actively contributes to strengthening VietnamLaos friendship at the grassroots level. At the same time, the brand reinforces the shared values of great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.
