A Meaningful Celebration Marking the Vietnam–Azerbaijan Strategic Partnership
On May 26, 2025, Ms. Moon, CEO of Oud Vietnam, attended a cultural and diplomatic event at the Hanoi Opera House. The evening celebrated the 107th Republic Day of Azerbaijan and the newly established Strategic Partnership with Vietnam. Hosted by the Azerbaijani Embassy, the event brought together leaders, diplomats, and guests from both nations to honor this milestone.
General Secretary To Lam and High-Level Delegates Attend the Event
Notably, General Secretary To Lam and Madam Ngo Phuong Ly attended the celebration, highlighting Vietnam’s respect for bilateral cooperation.
Their presence affirmed strong political ties and Vietnam’s commitment to expanding its relationship with Azerbaijan across multiple sectors.
Deputy Foreign Minister Le Anh Tuan and representatives from embassies and ministries also participated in the prestigious gathering.

The concert, titled “Jewels of Classical Azerbaijani Music,” offered a unique blend of tradition, emotion, and cultural dialogue.
Azerbaijani artists performed celebrated compositions along with Vietnamese tributes, including the heartfelt piece “Hello, Vietnam.”
