Exchange & Shipping Policy

At OUD VIETNAM, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality products and service. We provide secure door-to-door delivery worldwide and offer a 14-day exchange policy for eligible orders. Please note that all sales are final, and refunds or returns are not accepted.

Order Preparation

Your order is processed and carefully packed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Each product is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets OUD VIETNAM's quality standards.

Delivery Service

We provide door-to-door delivery for your convenience and safety.

Every shipment includes:

Dedicated customer support until your order arrives

Delivery Time

Shipping normally takes approximately 3–4 business days, depending on your destination.

Estimated total delivery time: approximately 7 days (or sooner) from the date of purchase.

14-Day Exchange Policy

We want every customer to enjoy their agarwood experience with confidence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request one product exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product has been used no more than 5 grams.
The exchange request is submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
The remaining product is well preserved and securely repacked for return.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Exchange Process

Once your returned product has been received and verified, OUD VIETNAM will prepare and ship the replacement product within 7 days.

Shipping responsibilities are as follows:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
OUD VIETNAM covers the shipping cost of the replacement shipment.
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

No Refund & Return Policy

To ensure product authenticity, quality control, and hygiene, OUD VIETNAM does not accept product returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.

All purchases are considered final, except for the exchange policy described above.
