OUD VIETNAM Signs Cooperation MoU with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM

On September 25, 2026, OUD VIETNAM and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (USSH, VNU-HCM) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a new step in cooperation between academia and business.

The signing took place alongside the Faculty of Oriental Studies’ “Exploring the Orient” program, which welcomed representatives from diplomatic organizations and the Faculty’s diverse regional studies communities, further highlighting the international and cross-cultural environment surrounding the occasion.

The partnership aims to create practical learning opportunities for students, strengthen human resource development, and promote cultural and professional connections, particularly in relation to the Arabic-speaking world and Middle Eastern markets.

A New Milestone in Cooperation Between OUD VIETNAM and USSH

The signing ceremony took place at the Linh Xuan Campus of USSH, VNU-HCM.

Representing OUD VIETNAM was CEO Ms. Moon (Le Anh Nguyet), accompanied by members of the company. Representatives from the university included Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Thi Hong Xuan, Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies; Dr. Le Thi Sinh Hien, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, along with lecturers and students from the Arabic Studies program.

One of the key areas of cooperation is the development of Arabic-speaking human resources, helping students gain practical skills while responding to the growing demand for professionals capable of working with businesses and partners in the Middle East and GCC region.

Under the cooperation framework, OUD VIETNAM will provide opportunities for Arabic Studies students to gain practical experience in areas such as business development, marketing, customer service, import-export operations, and international market development.

The cooperation also creates opportunities for OUD VIETNAM to contribute practical business perspectives to educational activities, helping students better understand how language skills and cultural knowledge can be applied in an international working environment.

At the ceremony, OUD VIETNAM CEO Ms. Moon shared the company's vision of going beyond the commercial value of agarwood by contributing to the preservation and international promotion of the traditional cultural values associated with Vietnamese agarwood.
