On October 2, 2025, the Opening Ceremony of Lao Culture Week in Vietnam was held at the Hanoi Opera House. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam (MOCST) and the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos (MICT) co-hosted this important cultural event.

The ceremony welcomed Deputy Minister Ho An Phong (MOCST), Deputy Minister Darany Phommavongsa (MICT), Lao Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh, and representatives from both countries. Moreover, nearly 300 guests, including officials, diplomats, and business leaders, attended the event. Both deputy ministers emphasized that Vietnam and Laos share a special bond. Their cooperation has expanded in politics, culture, economy, and society, creating a model of friendship and solidarity that few nations in the world possess.

During the evening, audiences enjoyed traditional dances and folk songs performed by Lao artists. For example, the Nak Scarf Dance and Lao Khen Melody introduced the unique charm of Lao traditions. In addition, songs like Vietnam–Laos: One Song Together highlighted the deep ties between the two nations.

Oud Vietnam is honored to participate in this meaningful cultural exchange, bringing the essence of Vietnamese agarwood closer to international friends.
This celebration not only showcased Lao culture but also reinforced the great friendship between the two nations. For Oud Vietnam, it was a meaningful chance to share Vietnamese values on an international stage.
