Oud Vietnam Joins HANOIBA’s “Morning Café” – Generational Transition, Practical Lessons from Young Entrepreneurs

On the morning of June 27, 2025, at King Palace Building (Hanoi), Oud Vietnam proudly participated in a special event hosted by HANOIBA:
“Generational Transition – Practical Lessons from Young Entrepreneurs.”

The event gathered prominent business leaders from two generations — F1 and F2 — to share honest, real-life stories about the challenges and hopes that come with passing down a business legacy.

Key guest speakers included:

• Mr. Nguyễn Tuấn Hải – Chairman of Alphanam Group (F1): Shared his perspective on preparing mentally, strategically, and logistically for handing over the business.
• Mr. Bùi Quang Minh – Deputy CEO of Hòa Bình Minh Group (F2): Spoke about the pressure of living up to expectations and forging his own identity.
