Oud Vietnam at the 30th Anniversary of the Faculty of Oriental Studies

On November 22, 2025, Oud Vietnam had the honor of participating in the “Colors of the East” Festival, a key activity celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities. As a Bronze Sponsor of the event, Oud Vietnam proudly contributed to a day filled with cultural exchange, tradition, and meaningful connections.

A Special Booth Celebrating Vietnamese Agarwood

At the festival courtyard of Hall E, Oud Vietnam presented a dedicated booth designed to introduce students, lecturers, and guests to the art, heritage, and cultural essence of Vietnamese agarwood. The display featured:

• Natural agarwood and handcrafted products
• Stories about the origin and formation of agarwood
• Insights into traditional craftsmanship and modern applications
• Experiences with incense, essential oils, and agarwood bracelets

Our mission was not only to present premium products, but also to preserve and share the soul of Vietnamese agarwood culture.

Throughout the day, Oud Vietnam had the privilege of meeting:

• Distinguished lecturers and cultural experts
• Honored guests passionate about Eastern culture

We shared the journey of agarwood—from its natural formation in the forest, to the artisan’s skillful hands, to its spiritual significance in Vietnamese traditions. Many students expressed excitement and curiosity as they learned how agarwood has been cherished across generations for meditation, wellness, and cultural rituals.

A Cultural Bridge for the Younger Generation

More than just a display booth, our presence became a place for meaningful exchange. The gentle, pure scent of agarwood created a space where tradition met modern understanding—helping young people reconnect with a unique Vietnamese cultural treasure.

This special event marked another proud step in Oud Vietnam’s journey to preserve cultural values and promote agarwood craftsmanship to the community.
